Les Senioriales offers homebuyers Mediterranean style villages located in prime countryside and coastal locations throughout the South of France.
Inspired by American retirement communities, the group chairman Andre Ramos decided he would introduce a French version with fewer houses and a south-French village ambiance.
The first Les Senioriales residence was launched in 2002 in Perpignan, it was a huge success and another 14 developments followed.
In 2007 the company was bought out by Pierre & Vacances, one of the leading players in the property and tourist industry in France. 11 developments are currently being marketed and built, to be completed by the end of next year. In total there are currently 26 Senioriales locations throughout the south of France.
Les Senioriales strives to create an environment in which its residents feel like they are on holiday all year round. This idea of being on holiday all year round is backed by an agreement between Pierre & Vacances and les Senioriales whereby all residents will be entitled to a large discount on holidays at a number of Pierre & Vacances resorts, including costal and ski resorts, in France and abroad.
