Grasse, perfume capital of the world, epitome of the south of France and the Cote d’Azure.

A hilltop town set above Cannes, a most advantageous setting most welcome during the hot summer months, it being that little bit cooler than on the seafront, and during the winter months it is protected from the Mistral, Grasse really does have the best weather in France.
The site of the Senioriales is set in some wonderful botanic gardens and once finished the development promises to be our most prestigious.
Up to12 hours of sunshine a day in summer and in the so called “winter” the sun shines for 5 hours a day. During the winter, daytime highs of 16-22 degrees are common, with clear blue skies and protected from the wind the winter is crisp and enjoyable.
With a population of 41,000, Grasse is a good sized, extremely interesting ancient town. Stroll around winding streets, browse through the outdoor markets, soak up the fountains, visit the old city museums, architectural treasures, perfume factories or charming old squares (Place aux Herbes, Place Petit Puy, Place aux Aires)
With Cannes and many beaches to the south, Nice and the Italian border to the east, wild forests, Canyons, Rivers and mountains to the north its not surprising Grasse is so popular, its surroundings endorse the rich and famous.
And it comes highly recommended by Queen Victoria and Princess Pauline Bonaparte who both spent their winters here!
